OneSignal Additional Product Terms

Effective June 1, 2026

These OneSignal Additional Product Terms ("Additional Product Terms") describe the specific terms that apply to certain OneSignal services, products or features offered by OneSignal (each, an "Additional Product"). These Additional Product Terms are incorporated into, and form a part of, the Pro Terms or Master Services Agreement, or other equivalent agreement (as applicable, the "Agreement") between OneSignal and the entity that entered into the Agreement ("Customer").

In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and these Additional Product Terms, the applicable Additional Product Terms will control to the extent of the conflict. A violation of these Additional Product Terms is a violation of the Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.

Amendments.

1. AI Tools

This Section 1 establishes universal provisions that apply to all AI Tools that OneSignal makes available as part of the Services. AI Tools are identified in the Services with an AI indicator. "AI Tools" is defined in the Agreement and includes, without limitation, OneSignal's AI Agent feature, AI Compose, and AI-assisted content generation tools. Feature-specific provisions are in Section 2.

1.1 Pricing and Usage.

OneSignal does not currently charge additional fees for use of the AI Tools. OneSignal reserves the right to introduce fees for AI Tools upon reasonable prior notice to Customer. OneSignal may monitor, limit, or suspend access to the AI Tools if usage is believed to circumvent rate limits, negatively affect service performance or integrity, or violate the Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy.

1.2 Retention.

OneSignal retains AI Conversation Data ("AI Conversation Data" means conversation history, prompts, and other input and output data generated through Customer's use of the AI Tools) for a period disclosed in OneSignal's AI Data Practices documentation at https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/en/ai-data-practices, after which it is deleted in the ordinary course. Retention at the AI sub-processor inference layer is governed by OneSignal's sub-processor terms and disclosed in the OneSignal DPA and List of Subprocessors. OneSignal may update its retention policy from time to time by updating its AI Data Practices documentation.

1.3 Organization Level Disable.

Customer may disable the AI Tools, in whole or by feature where granular controls are available, at the organization level. The disable mechanism and scope are described in OneSignal's AI Data Practices documentation at https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/en/ai-data-practices.

1.4 AI Sub-Processor Terms.

Use of the AI Tools is subject to the third-party terms applicable to OneSignal's AI sub-processors, which are incorporated herein by reference. The currently designated AI sub-processors and the applicable third-party terms are disclosed in OneSignal's List of Subprocessors at https://onesignal.com/list-of-subprocessors. OneSignal may update its AI sub-processors from time to time in accordance with the OneSignal DPA.

2. AI Tools Feature Specific Provisions

This Section 2 sets forth provisions that apply only to specific AI Tools features when enabled by Customer. The provisions in Section 1 apply in addition to those in this Section 2.

2.1 Delete Capability Notice.

OneSignal will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before enabling any delete capability for the AI Agent feature that would affect Customer Content, Subscriber Data, or subscription records. Notice will be provided through one or more of the following: an in-product notification, an email to organization administrators and team members, or a similar notification mechanism. During the notice period, Customer may disable the AI Agent feature in accordance with Section 1.3. The current status of delete capability is described in OneSignal's AI Data Practices documentation at https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/en/ai-data-practices. Following the notice period, deletion actions initiated through the AI Agent feature will constitute instructions by Customer under the Agreement and will be subject to Customer's account configuration.

2.2 MCP Connections are Customer's Responsibility.

Customer is responsible for configuring the scope of data and actions that any AI Agent or Third-Party AI Provider acting on Customer's behalf may access through an MCP Connection. Customer should configure its MCP Connections to include only the systems, data, and accounts Customer intends to make available to its AI Agent or Third-Party AI Provider. Customer remains liable under the Agreement for actions taken by any AI Agent or Third-Party AI Provider acting on Customer's behalf, including through MCP Connections. The MCP Connection mechanism and current scope control capabilities are described in OneSignal's AI Data Practices documentation at https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/en/ai-data-practices.

3. RCS Messaging

The Services include Rich Communication Services ("RCS") messaging features. The terms in this Section 3 apply to Customer's use of RCS through the Services and are in addition to Customer's obligations under the Acceptable Use Policy.

3.1 RCS Brand Verification and Non-Refundable Fees.

Customer's ability to send RCS messages is subject to a brand verification process administered by Google and applicable carriers. As part of this process, Customer is required to provide information including its brand name, brand colors, logo images, and an RCS agent description. This information will be shared with Google, applicable carriers, and OneSignal's RCS service providers (including their downstream partners) as necessary to complete verification and enable RCS messaging. OneSignal may request additional information from Customer to complete or maintain verification. Fees paid by Customer for RCS brand verification (whether to OneSignal, its service providers, or Google) are non-refundable, regardless of whether verification is approved, withdrawn, or revoked.

3.2 Acceptable Use, Content Vetting, and Consent.

Customer's use of RCS is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy at https://onesignal.com/aup, including all content, consent, opt-in, and vetting requirements applicable to mobile messaging. Customer must obtain and maintain valid opt-in and consent records for all RCS recipients in accordance with applicable law and applicable carrier requirements. OneSignal may suspend, throttle, or disable Customer's RCS messaging access if Customer's usage patterns suggest abuse, including, without limitation, extremely high-frequency or high-volume sending patterns commonly associated with messaging pumping or other abusive practices.

3.3 Charges, Message Type Upgrades, and Customer Liability.

Customer is liable for all RCS usage charges incurred under its account, including charges resulting from actions taken by Customer's Authorized Users or any AI Agent operating on Customer's behalf.

RCS message pricing varies by message type, region, and content. Specific message parameters (e.g., character count, the inclusion of images or media attachments, and personalization) may cause a message to be sent as, or automatically upgraded to, a higher-priced message type (for example, from RCS Basic to RCS Single in international regions, or from RCS Rich to RCS Rich Media in the United States). RCS Single and RCS Rich Media are typically priced approximately three times (3x) the rate of RCS Basic and RCS Rich, respectively. These upgrades occur automatically at the time the message is processed for delivery and OneSignal cannot gate messages in advance of delivery to prevent such upgrades. Customer is responsible for monitoring its RCS message content and managing its usage to control total charges. OneSignal may provide estimation tools to assist Customer in anticipating charges; however, such tools provide estimates only and do not guarantee final charges due to factors including personalization, regional rules, and final delivery characteristics.

3.4 Uncontracted RCS Products.

Charges incurred for RCS message types not specifically contracted for in the Order Form (including, by way of example, RCS Single charges incurred when Customer has contracted only for RCS Basic) will be billed to Customer at the rates set forth under the "Uncontracted Products" section of the Order Form. Customer's continued use of the Services following such charges constitutes acceptance of the applicable rates.

3.5 Service Provider Pass-Through Restrictions.

OneSignal provides RCS messaging through one or more third-party service providers (including, as of the Effective Date, Twilio and Infobip). Customer's use of RCS is subject to applicable restrictions imposed by such providers as well as the Acceptable Use Policy. Customer agrees to comply with applicable provider content, vetting, and use restrictions to the same extent as if Customer were a direct customer of the provider. This Section 3.5 applies regardless of whether Customer accesses the Services through a OneSignal-managed account or through any main or sub-account configuration.
