IXC is an IT services company in Korea that builds, verifies, and operates software, with development, QA, and cloud operations teams under one roof. As a OneSignal solution partner, we help app and web teams in Korea adopt OneSignal and get results from it. Our services cover CRM strategy consulting; SDK integration and channel setup for mobile and web push, email, in-app messaging, and SMS; customer data integration, including event and tag design and connections to MMPs and product analytics; journey automation; and monthly managed campaign operations.

We also run migrations to OneSignal from other engagement platforms, from in-house FCM push, and from OneSignal free-plan accounts moving to paid plans, with subscribers and opt-in status preserved. Korean companies can sign a local contract, pay in KRW with a Korean tax invoice, and get onboarding and technical support in Korean. Our team also works in Japanese, for Japanese companies entering Korea and Korean apps expanding into Japan. The team that integrates OneSignal is the same team that runs it afterward, so technical issues are fixed by the people who built the setup rather than passed along.
