OneSignal Mobile Message Marketing

L‌ast updated October 31, 2025

Applies when you opt in to receive mobile marketing messages from OneSignal. This does not apply to your use of our messaging products.

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to receive recurring marketing messages from OneSignal, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. You do not have to make any purchase to opt-in to these messages. Message frequency will vary. But as always, you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your wireless provider for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include [promotions, specials, other marketing offers, and abandoned checkout reminders]. You agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics or any topic and that such messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes or SMS senders, except in connection with marketing purposes. We will not share your opt-in to a text messaging campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.

You can opt-out of these messages at any time. Just text "STOP" to the mobile number the message is from. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
