About OpenAI

OpenAI is the AI research and product company behind ChatGPT, one of the world’s most widely used AI assistants, and Codex, its AI coding agent. Hundreds of millions of people use ChatGPT every week to get work done, including a growing number of marketers, product managers, and developers.

How we work together

The official OneSignal app is available in the ChatGPT apps marketplace, powered by the OneSignal MCP Server. Connect your OneSignal account with a secure, browser-based OAuth login (no API keys to copy or store) and ChatGPT can work across every app your account has access to. From a conversation, you can send and review messages, create and update segments and templates, look up users and subscriptions, run exports, and pull outcome analytics. Built-in safeguards ask for confirmation before any message is sent. The same connection works in Codex, so developers can build against OneSignal with an agent that has real account context.

Partner integration use cases

Converse with your messaging data

Ask ChatGPT how yesterday’s campaign performed, which segments are growing, or why deliverability dipped, and get answers pulled live from your OneSignal account.

Create campaigns without switching tabs

Draft a push or email, target the right segment, and stage it for review, all from the chat where the idea started.

Automate audience housekeeping

Build segments, update templates, and export subscription data conversationally instead of clicking through the dashboard.

Getting started

  1. Find OneSignal in the ChatGPT apps marketplace and click Connect.
  2. Authenticate with your OneSignal login via OAuth.
  3. Start prompting. For example: “Show me my push campaigns from last week” or “Create a segment of users inactive for 30 days.”
