At OneSignal, we understand that flexibility is key when it comes to having productive and happy teammates. We know that different roles/teams/people have different needs – some benefit more from being fully remote while others benefit more from having a hybrid setup where they have in office collaboration days 2-3 days a week. So we support both! Our headquarters are based in San Mateo, CA and we also offer shared workspace options for our teams to work together outside of the Bay Area where collaboration opportunities present themselves (we have employees throughout CA, CO, MA, NJ, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, and WA).
Globally, we have an office in London and also have a shared workspace in Singapore in partnership with Piloto Asia.

Use of AI and Recruiting Technology in the Hiring Process
As part of our hiring process, we use certain tools to help create a consistent, secure, and efficient candidate experience.
Interview Recording and Transcription
Interviews may be recorded and transcribed using BrightHire, an interview intelligence platform. These recordings and transcripts help interviewers stay focused on the conversation, improve note-taking accuracy, support structured hiring practices, and enable fair and consistent candidate evaluations. Interview recordings and transcripts are accessible only to authorized individuals involved in the hiring process and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Candidates have the option to opt out of having their interviews recorded.
Application Fraud Detection
We also use Gem's Fraud Detection technology to help identify potentially fraudulent applications, including applications that may involve identity misrepresentation, synthetic identities, impersonation, or other indicators of recruitment fraud. This technology assists our recruiting team in protecting candidates, employees, and company systems from security threats and fraudulent activity.
Human Review
These tools are used to support our recruiting process and assist our teams in evaluating information. Hiring decisions are not made solely by automated systems; qualified recruiters and hiring teams review candidate information and make employment decisions.
